Mental Health Foundation - Mental Health Awareness Week

This week 9-15 May is #MentalHealthAwarenessweek, this year the focus is on loneliness.

People won't automatically think of students when they think of loneliness, but being away from family and friends, studying and living alone can all have an impact.

The Mental Health Foundation have pulled together some wonderful resources, to help if you are feeling lonely. The main message this year is that Together we can tackle loneliness, they are also encouraging people to share their experiences. Take a look, as someones experiences may strike a chord with you.
