OFS - Suicide prevention

This year the international theme for World Suicide Prevention Day 2021 is ‘Creating hope through action’.

It is great that so many people and businesses are sharing information that will bring hope to many.

We wanted to share a guide created by the Office for Students that we hope will help universities build their knowledge and support for students to help prevent a suicide, and to be prepared if this does happen, they have procedures and support in place, as the death of a student as well as a tragedy for bereaved family and friends, is likely to have a significant impact on a university or college community.
