The Guardian – ‘I wanted more memories’: young people reflect on a year lost to Covid
Another interesting piece in The Guardian that looks at the experiences and expectations of students at university over the last year.
The article looks at four university students in the US; from different backgrounds and in some cases different life stages and to see how the pandemic has affected how they experienced their university education, verses how they expected it to be.
Such set backs can have an impact on mental health and universities need to look at feedback such as this and make sure they are ready for the new cohort in September, and are ready to support their needs and expectations.
