The PIE News - UK: two students scammed out of £105,000

The PIE News has reported on two terrible cyber crime incidents that have happened recently in Northern Ireland, with one student transferring £70,000 to a person posing as a Chinese police officer.

The police are working with the university to advise students, but I am sure this is something that all students should be aware of, especially International students who are definitely more susceptible to this type of crime. Read the full article here.
