Business Development Manager
Salary: £30k plus bonus
Contract: Permanent, 0.5–1.0 FTE
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at ProtectED CIC
This is an excellent opportunity to be at the heart of this multi-award-winning organisation, connecting our Member institutions and supporting us to deliver outstanding work at ProtectED CIC.
The primary purpose of the Business Development Manager will be to recruit new Member institutions and retain existing Members. They will also identify new opportunities that support ProtectED growth and success, including sponsorship and other funding sources.
This is an exciting time for ProtectED, as we seek to grow our membership beyond the remaining Founder Member positions and momentum builds around the advantages of ProtectED membership to institutional reputation, recruitment and performance.
The Business Development Manager manages the systems and processes ensuring our Member institutions can focus on producing the greatest possible impact for their students.
Reporting to the ProtectED Directors, you will have experience in project management, and building strong relationships and influencing at senior leadership team level will come naturally to you.
We are currently working from home following covid restrictions and envisage a gradual return to our Central Manchester office once restrictions have lifted, but will continue to support working from home where appropriate.
